Introducing the [B]"Rabbihead" RH-1 [B]preamp which covers an enormous amount of ground in terms of what instruments you can plug in and what overtones you can get.

Part of the all analog Rabbithead circuit contains our highly regarded "Stage DI" circuit.
The RH-1 takes the user control to a whole other level in a compact pedal. It is an Acoustic-Electric Preamp that will take your acoustic pickups with or without a pre-amp in most cases and can be injected with harmonics with our mix control.
The Rabbithead adds warmth and clarity to taste with piezzo and magnetic pickups to smooth things out when needed.

With an electric bass signal, it adds growl and punch while retaining the sonic clarity of the original tone depending on how much harmonic overdrive you mix in.

The RH-1 is also a stand alone amp-like sounding overdrive that goes from clean (as in really clean with no over driven harmonics) to full overdrive.
As you turn up the drive. you get more juicy harmonics that can be blended into the clean DI path for more warmth and mid-tones on acoustic and bass guitars.
Both drives "A" & "B" can be set independently and switchable between both for different drive settings. Drive B has the option of high gain "Rabid" mode for that grizzled cranked amp sound.

The optional and excellent sounding speaker sim provides a really nice tool for direct electric guitar recordings or help a harsh sounding amp.

No DSP used for any stages of the Rabbithead!

Listen to the "rabid" straight through the speaker sim with high gain electric guitar and no eq or compression, just a little reverb.

This is a great multi-tool for gigging musicians or home recording. Fits in a standard Hammond sized space on your pedal board.

2nd output with optional speaker sim is a balanced out and can be run straight to a PA or mixing board.

Here's a room recording running "clean" through RH into a two EL-84 amp then engaging the "Rabid" mode with a P-90 equipped guitar.

Hi Chistrummer,
We are currently in the process of having our product at showrooms in CA. The last store we had our units in closed for good!
In the meantime we have been showcasing by appointment, and although not ideal, we’re always open to coordinate a meeting for now.

We will post an update here when we have some units at a brick and mortar location.
