help identifying Yamaha S70 guitar year

Have this old Yamaha S70 I'm trying to date. Nippon white lebel (now yellowed) but serial number 531367 which doesn't seem to decode. Any ideas of the year? Pics attached.

Hi jimkarl...

Yamaha had the Dynamic model...a classical guitar body strung with steel strings...their first acoustic guitar model...in production from the mid 1940's until the early 1970's...but...I believe the S70 models were made beginning in the early/mid 50's. I am not 100% on that...but I think it is close. The S70 model ran in production into the mid/late 60's if I remember correctly.

Hopefully one of our vintage Yamaha experts on the forum will chime in with more certainty.
