I think you just choosed the wrong button. Simply click on the file's title (on top of the screen), it should work.

I've been a LOTR fan since 1972, when a buddy in the service loaned me a book he'd received from home and didn't care for. He said you'll either like it or really, really hate it. Three days later I returned it and he asked if I hated it as much as he did. I said, "no, I couldn't put it down". It was "The Hobbit". That and the Trilogy became my favorite story.

There have been several attempts over the years to tell the story in animated format. All were horrible. So when I heard that they were making a movie using live actors, I assumed it would really be a stinker. But, to my delight, Peter Jackson nailed it! His vision matched my own, exactly!

I downloaded your files and couldn't run them. What reader would I need? I'd like to learn to play that medley!
Hmm, that's strange. The PDF version should be easily opened by any .pdf reader. For the other one you need Guitar Pro 5 in which I've created the TABs. Sadly it's the only way I can do it, cause I'm newbie in tabbing, sorry. :/

UPDATE:

I've editted my earlier post and replaced the PDF version tabs link.
This one should work properly.

Really beautiful adaptation, and playing to match.
You have a wonderful touch!

Just wanted to chime in again to thank you for posting the tabs for this medley. I had great fun learning them last night. The last two section are certainly a challenge, with the timing, but I am determined to get it down pat.

Can't wait for part II !

I'm glad you like it! Could you tell me whether the tabs are legible? I don't know how to create them properly and I was sort of improvising. As for the last two sections - my tip is, you can always change the bass part a bit (like playing 2 notes instead of the triplets), without messing the tempo.

Anyway, I'd love to hear your version when you're done with it!

The first one wasn't at all - not sure if you had a different font set on your PC that wasn't embedding correctly in the PDF, but the second update you posted was excellent!
