Default L.R. Baggs Battery Adhesive

Contacted Baggs about getting some adhesive for my battery case for the Anthem SL as a replacement. Morgan at Baggs responded within 24 hours, got my address and my adhesive is on its way no charge. Great customer service!

Yes, that's been my experience with LR Baggs and company, too. They're absolutely top notch in everything they make and do. Very nice folks, as well.

I’m in total agreement. Even if you don’t particularly like their products, you can’t help but admire the way they do business. Completely professional and above board.
For the record, I’m a customer.

If you have trouble with the battery case coming loose, try a lithium battery - MUCH lighter and they last far longer too.

Why did I not think of that?

Great service from LR Baggs for me, too! I emailed them that the volume wheel had come lose for my Hummingbird's Element Active pickup. New free adhesives are on the way in the mail!

I have had this on my list of things to do as my battery pack's adhesive also gave way. I am not surprised by their customer service as they have a great reputation for that. Great that you are getting the issue addressed in a quick and easy manner.

Best,
Jayne
