Default Huron Carol

A beautiful yet haunting old Canadian carol, written in the 1600’s by a Jesuit priest living among the Huron native peoples. On my Martin D-15S , drop D tuning.

Very nice discovery, I really like this atmosphere.
One of your most beautiful pieces perhaps, well done

Default Counterpoint

I'm digging the intro and outro. Nice use of counterpoint - it's got movement but not so complicated that it distracts from the somber mood. Good one.

Nicely done. I’ll echo the other comments about how haunting this is - I think the drop-D really makes it work. Feels like my house just got 5 degrees colder after watching.

Cheers,

Dave
