Not everyone has the option to retire - make it count!

So many friends and my brother that didn't make it - and on the other side of the coin, I'm seeing more and more folks who are much older in the workplace - I'm guessing some not by choice. I always feel bad when I see that. There was a guy checking people out at the local Meijer store the other day that had to be late 70's, and I could see the frustration on his face.

Thank you - believe it or not, I took my first nap today in about 30 years. Of course then I got up and trained really hard!

Yeah, me too. Pretty much my routine. Get up, breakfast, nap, train, nap, lunch, nap, check email (sometimes), play guitar, Guinness, nap . . .

Get up - morning coffee/check email - go swimming - pick up something for linner - play guitar - afternoon nap - watch tv - go to bed. Then repeat....
