Default Mesa/Boogie Rosette 1x10

I did a gig last night with my new Mesa/Boogie Rosette 1x10. A couple of my friends sat in and we caught some of the tunes on-camera (sorry, just iPhone X quality). Shane played some tastefully reserved stuff. His dad was a little more aggressive on John Prine, and then I wailed pretty hard on a Warren Zevon tune.

The amp was loud & the footage you're hearing is mostly amp with very little (if any) acoustic bleed. What do you think? I really like this combination.

The amp was at the performer's right foot, on the floor & angled up at about 45 degrees.

Is this a new Rosette?
"Lawyers, Guns and Money" perfect! I'm a big Zevon fan, God rest his soul.

I have been looking at the MB Rosette as well. Do you have an opinion as to the comparison between the 2 x 8 combo and the 1-10? From what I have heard, but only on YouTube, the 1-10 is more “smooth” and natural sound whereas the 2 x 8 seems to have a stronger presence. There is only one dealer nearby that has the 2 x 8 but none with a 1-10 in stock.
I would be interested in your thoughts.
Thanks and sounded very good with all styles in your video.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. The 1x10 sounds a bit more full to me. The 2x8 is one heck of an amp, but my ears prefer the 1x10. If the 2x8 has any perceived presence benefit, it's not coming across to me in real-world testing.

Sounds great! The only reason I haven't bought one yet is the fact that only one of the inputs accepts a low-z cable.

My previous experience with the Rosette personally left me non plussed. So imagine my complete surprise that not only did I like this, I loved it!

I agree all players sounded great and the guitar tone is very natural and punchy too. Your Martin sounds great, but in very different hands, the amp reproduced a great musical, very natural sound. I clearly hear the classic
"Martin Voice". (Very NICE sounding Martin by the way)

Loved your cover of the Warren Zevon tune Maury. Thanks for sharing! You just put the Rosette 1x10 on my Radar.

Were you guys singing through it too?

Dang it, I have 2 Rosette 2x8's, and now they come out with something new? How many acoustic amps do I need?!

Your video sounded really good though.

Maybe I'll wait to buy another one until they add an XLR input to the second channel. That would be a nice feature sometimes.

I play Lawyers Guns and Money too - such a fun song!

Great sounding stuff! The acoustic sound was very natural - that's the Trace Amulet? Wow - I'm looking into that one now. Wonderful sounds and playing here.

MESA is now on the list! Thanks for posting this.
