How true. I was well aware of carbon fiber (bought my first Rainsong back in 2001) but I'd never heard of Emerald before browsing AGF. Now there are six of them here....

After playing my X20 today I was just surfing the web and decided to see what was new on the Emerald guitar website.
There are lots of changes, including a “3D Guitar Builder” tab to help you design your custom Emerald. So I clicked on it, and up came “Designed by you, built by us” followed by a picture of their various models with a “Builder” button. I get down to the X20 and the picture is my guitar! I thought it was pretty but nice to know Alistair thinks so too! I really enjoy playing it, but it is also pretty easy on the eyes.

I can see why your guitar is being used.
I think the Royal Ebony in that finish is the pinnacle of Emerald’s offerings. Just be glad it’s loud so when your hearing diminishes, you can just dig in a bit! I love to make my X30 get loud.
