Default "Tempestad" Continuous Rasgueo

I am facing some challenges in the continuous rasgueo of Juan Serrano's "Tempestad." The rasgueo is found on measure 40 of his sheet music. I can get through the song except for this continuous rasgueo which would be my first continuous one. I can do the simpler rasgueos in the song but not the continuous one at measure 40. Here is John Clarke performing the piece. The continuous rasgueo is found at 1 min 25 sec into this YouTube clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J46eGwqzrxk

I am looking for any suggestions and/or exercises to help me out.

Thanks.

Very nice! I can see what my problem is now too. I am attempting to curl the fingers to deeply after their release. This is eating my time before the next i stroke, which of course robs the roll effect. He's relaxed in doing. Also nice solea por buleria.
