12-fret Fender Ensenada ESV-10
Up for sale is a 12-fret Fender Ensenada ESV-10 acoustic guitar and its hardshell case. Fender made a short run of these about ten or twelve years ago so they're aren't many out there. Billed as a "parlor guitar," it's got more depth and sound to it than a parlor guitar due to its shorter neck, wider lower bout, and choice of solid woods: solid spruce top, solid Palo Escrito (a type of rosewood) back and sides, a solid mahogany neck, and a solid ebony fretboard. It had a compensated saddle with it, but it was tapered so sharply that I replaced it with a regular bone saddle and added Tusq bridge pins. There's also an L.R. Baggs iBEAM bridge plate transducer installed in it for amplification. I bought this about eight years ago from a music shop that was selling it used although it had been own only briefly before they sold it (you'll see from one of the pics that it was stamped "Used" on the back of the head stock). Aside from a tiny dent at the very top of the back of the head stock, it's in really great condition and sounds and plays wonderfully (especially because of the wider 1 3/4" fretboard). I'm selling it because I have too many guitars in my collection and am trying to thin the herd. Asking $600 which includes shipping.

Hi, Did you end up selling this guitar? I don't see any posts after this was listed. I'm a new user, so I'm sorry if I am missing something or bothering you.
