Here Comes The Sun to a Ship Full of Brits
I was traveling on the Queen Elizabeth II and they had a talent show at the end. Most people on the trip were Brits. I tried to get them to sing along, but they were as reserved as I'd heard about. Until I finished.
And yes, I now know that the bridge goes 6 times instead of 5. Lol. I'm playing my Journey OF660 though a Fishman Stage preamp, with no time to dial it in. https://youtu.be/UyTN2kETK2o |

Well done! And a nice round of applause to boot!

David-- Really lovely playing and singing. Here Comes the Sun is one of my all time favorie songs and you did it justice. The sound of your Journey compliments the song.
To get a little technical, are you playing in standard tuning? If so, what key?

Standard tune. Capo on the 7th fret. Play like it's in D. |

Unless you are playing background music in a noisy pub, audiences tend to stay quiet and listen until the end and then applaud enthusiastically. It isn't about being reserved, it is about respect for your performance.
