Default Well that's odd...

As I learn more and more fingerpicking songs, my keyboard fingers are making transposing issues on the keyboard of my computer. It's like I'm suddenly dyslexic.

My brain must want my fingers to fingerpick the keys!

But hey a small price to pay!

Sort of related - I've found that years of practicing piano haven't helped my music much, but I can type like a secretary from the old days!

I have noticed the same thing, Cecil. I learned to type long before learning fingerstyle guitar, which I have doing since the mid 80's. But certain words get letters transposed consistently. For example, my wife's name consistently gets typed as "Alcie". I can always picture and spell the words correctly in my mind, but the fingers seem to "fire" in the wrong order -- even when I go slowly and more deliberately than my normal typing speed. I attribute that to finger picking patterns.
