Hi John,

Its interesting to note (from his comments on the Baggs facebook page) that Jarvis is planning on installing Anthem systems is several Goodall guitars. Here's the quote:

"The 1st sets of Anthem pickups just arrived in Singapore yesterday. I'm going to fit them in several Goodalls and test them out before I return them to their respective owners. Just fiddling with it and all I can say is ..its a very well designed and well made system.
I have it on my thread and will post videos soon..so... watch out"

Here are links to his videos, in case you missed them:

Jarvis's original posting of these video links is buried in Kohnodude's "Anthem recorded live" thread which is currently on page 2 of the "Electrified" section.

Gary,

I don't own a guitar shop nor am I the distributor of Goodalls.

I have a day job in the Healthcare industry which pays me well and guitars are something that I love dearly.

During my spare time( nights and weekends) I help the Singapore guitar community setup their guitars, fix guitar problems( due to high humidity)custom fit new saddles and fit pickups for a small fee.( i did do it free at one point in time till word spread and every tom dick and harry wanted Free services )

You can read about it here,..

I love building for fun too

Where do i find the time ...I've got a good wife that supports me...and the rest is all time management.

I also play live in a loud band setting about twice a month.

Hope that clears the air.

Cheers
Jarvis

Hi Jarvis,

Thanks for clarifying your connection (as an unofficial repair service for Goodalls and other guitar makes, not a dealer) with Goodall. The Goodall guitar, Goodall T-shirt and Goodall cap in your vids gave me the erroneous impression that you might be a Goodall dealer or work for a Goodall dealer. I've editted my previous post to avoid generating any further speculation in that direction.

That would interest me.....and that's exactly why I wouldn't be interested in the current model. It's amazing, the lighter built your guitar is, how much ANYTHING inside the body can affect tone.
