Looking at an Emerald X20. Saving dollars to get there. So I have time to decide on pickup and veneer.

Really looking at a 000-28 (on line only) never seen one in person. Might be a good thing.

Was just about ready to pull the trigger. Decided on refrigerator instead.

Guitar won't keep my beer cold.

Will have to settle with playing what I've got, for a bit longer.

I have my sights set on this old acoustic archtop. It is being rebuilt at the moment.

I wouldn't mind finding a Goodall that wants to adopt me.

A Larrivee OM in mahogany. Not many kicking about the UK though, not reasonably priced anyway.

At a recent party I ran into an old friend I haven't seen in a few years. He mentioned that he still has the '79 Strat that I sold him probably 25 years ago. Then he said something interesting: Per our agreement I have first dibs on it if he ever decides to sell it.

Now, why would he bring that up? Hmm.

So that's the guitar I have my sights on right now.

I second this. Some version/year of J45 is in my future.

I’m thinking about a Taylor 312ce. Not sure it really fills a void but I would like to have a nice Taylor again. I need to research them a little more before I pull the trigger.

I would like to find and purchase a Guild Orpheum slope shoulder dreadnought. They are certainly hard to find nowadays.
I have Martins, Taylors, Gibsons, Melbournes, (about two of each). I want to delve into the Guild family and I understand the Orpheum is one of their better guitars.

A dread. I have fixated on a baked Adi top, and in the last few days, Madagascar RW. I played half a dozen verry nice dreads at Music Emporium last week. One Martin we liked had a baked top. It was the sweetest-almost like a great 000 (or 0000)- and had the most bass. I think they sold it though as it is not on the web site. A taylor on reverb caught my eye also as it would be the brazilian cousin to my EIR 910- made the same year-2004, and both Engleman tops. I am not a fan of the ornate fingerboard inlay. Also the braz is a rather slab cut.

I am thinking of a 000 of some type. I go through Nashville a few times a year so I may stop by and try a few. If anything speaks to me, we will ride home together.

Can I mention a Fender Strat here? I will likely get one of those in a few months as my first electric

Well now I'm thinking about an all solid wood classical. Not sure though if I really need it. My C5 sounds good and the Fusion is good too.

Had my eye on:

Vintage Guild like a D-35, D-40, G-37, or F-30, etc. Just need to decide which is best for me.

Vintage 000-18 - If I get a Guild I probably won't get this , but I've been thinking of trading in my newer 00-18 for an older one.

Larrivee of some kind, most likely a L-03 mahogany B&S or maple.

Gibson ES-120. Don't need one but these look like killer guitars that are still relatively cheap.

Iris or Waterloo - but I think I'll hold off for now since I have too many guitars.

Avalon Gold series - these looks like great values since they're make in Ireland but less expensive.
