Help With Dazzo Pickup Information

Hey there, everybody! I don't know exactly if this post was suposed to be here, but I think this could be the right place for it.

I'm from Brazil, and have bought a Dazzo Pickup and an Italian Endpin from the Dazzo website. I send an Email saying that I was from Brazil and ask to put the pickup and the endpin in the same package, but I got no email response.

I can't call there, since I can't make international calls. Do you guys know if there's a normal delay in answering the emails there?

I'm kind of worried, because that's a lot of money for me. I hope everything be fine.
