SOLD - 2013 Weber Diamondback Mandolin (non-distressed)
Have to build up my commission fund and all I have left to sell are real beauties. A real dillema. It pains me to let this mandolin go but I have 2 Webers and the other I commissioned myself so it has some extra personal value. I am the original owner.
I have no idea how to describe the tone except it has a sweet ring to it and it "chops" well. It sure is beautiful to look at with the hand carved scrolls, points and "f" holes as well as a gorgeous headstock sporting an abalone fern. Condition is immaculate. 9 out of 10 although I cannot find any marks ... maybe you can. I certainly can't make it sound like this but here is a video of Sierra Hull playing the same model. My son plays a Weber Bitterroot F-style. It's a wonderful instrument. The Diamondback is lovely mandolin and the price is very reasonable.
