Kathy builds beautiful guitars ..I played one at an AGF Gathering that was sublime.......
Are the Back/sides Amazon Rosewood ?..you should have a WHAT'S THAT WOOD CONTEST..Could be a good promotion for your upscale Guitar shop And........how about a peek at that top bracing pattern that Kathy uses ?

Ooh, very cool. Looking forward to more progress shots on this one. That wood is indeed a tricky one though... it looks like a rosewood, but is rather light and orange for most of them... Cambodian, perhaps? Or it could be a very light Madagascar.

I saw one of her guitars for sale a couple of months back and just went into GAS dreamland over it. It was that beautiful.
Someday... I WILL own a harp guitar! -jay
