Back of guitar has a belly. No belly on top of guitar
So I just realized the back wood if my guitar has a bulge while the top wood is straight. Is this normal and if not, suggestions? Thanks.

The back of your guitar is arched. The back of most steel string guitars are arched.
Your top probably is too, just not as much.

Backs are arched to allow for some shrinkage without cracking.
