Of course, there's always the option of actually learning how to play in all those nasty multiple sharp/flat keys without relying on gimmicks :

I bought one of those, could never get it to work. It used to push one of the E strings off the fretboard, or wouldn't position itself right with just one push - which meant it was actually slower to use for that purpose than the old fashioned elastic capos, as demonstrated by John Martyn in this classic:

There's a video somewhere of him playing this live, but I can't find it on youtube atm.

You can find someone demonstrating it using a slider capo, but Martyn himself used one of these:
