Default Hi From The Sunshine State!

Hey everyone, my name's Colt, and I hail from Florida; well, for the time being. I hate humidity.

I'm a bit on the brash side, so I guess I'll apologize for that now.

I like Harley Davidsons (I have a few), guitars, guns, cameras nice watches and cars.

Looking forward to being here!

Welcome, there are a lot of knowledgeable folks here. I do expect that in a short time you will be saying the same about guitars that you say about your Harley's. I have a few of them.

Hope it is a fun journey here for you.

Welcome Colt! You’ll find all kinds of opinions here but all in all a really good source of info. Get ready to spend some money on guitars you didn’t know you needed! Also, if you hate humidity then Floriduh is probably not for you...but on the bright side I never had to humidify my guitars there....

Hey Colt,

Welcome to the forum. As a long time Floridian, don't let this current gorgeous weather fool you. I give you to July. Humidity is a five month season down here.

Welcome. I’ve only been in Florida for 2 1/2 years but I love the heat and humidity. All I have to do is think about the cold winter months I left behind in Indy. Of course now I have to add desiccant packs to my cases. Not a bad problem to have.

Welcome Colt. I’m a Canadian/Floridian snowbird...except this season. Many here share the same interests. I’ve been a Road Kinger and love vintage cars myself. There are a lot of great, talented folks here. Enjoy the forum!

Hi Colt,

Welcome! I visited Florida last winter and loved it, even the humidity. I’m pretty sure, I saw you there! :-)

Welcome aboard.

I grew up in Florida from age 10 and worked there until I was about 40.

I went back there for a few months in 2000 to take care of my parents' estate. I haven't been back since. I wouldn't mind going for a quick trip but not to live there.
