Some crazy licks from Tommy. Molly has such superb articulation. So fun to watch. Tommy being a great showman and total pro makes a joke about the slight tuning lull and the energy keeps its sparkle.

One (of many) of my 2020 disappointments is that I was scheduled to share a stage with Molly at this fall's AmericanFest in Nashville. Hopefully, she'll be willing next fall.

I hope I'm there to see you both! As you say, there are lot of missed dates to make up.

Unquestionably insanely talented pickers -- but I kind of wish they would slow it down a little. I'm not sure that when it reaches warp speed it doesn't start to almost lose a little musicality -- and I would also like to actually be able to see what they're doing a little better LOL!

Although her talent isn't in question, Molly does nothing to move me or inspire me.

I think that I understand your point. She seems to keep the focus on the instrument. John Williams, the classical player, shows that same focus and has received much criticism for it. I find that ability impressive and inspiring,
but I understand why other folks don't.
