It is still available! A couple interesting trade offers, but nothing's come together yet.

The F3 is pretty special as well - but worlds different from the FS. I'd probably be willing to let it go if I didn't have such strong sentimental attachments to it - but I may be able get over those

The Santa Cruz FS is one fantastic guitar. I always wanted one and purchased a new one a little over two years ago. I'm still discovering nice things about it after playing it for hundreds of hours. That's a sign of a great guitar.
