I don't see a problem.
It just seems like the OP is concerned that if he can't contact Roy Noble that will somehow mean he can't get a good replacement saddle cut.

Since this isn't my guitar, and I'm not the one worried about this..it isn't a problem.
Just thought it would be nice to alleviate the OP's concerns.

Roy Noble passed away in late spring of 2019 One of the greatest steel string builders has left the shop
