Default USED 2014 Martin Custom Shop 0000-28, Sitka Spruce, Indian Rosewood

(USED) Just in on trade, the 0000-28 is one of the unsung heroes of the Martin lineup. These are essentially scaled-up OMs that have a bigger soundboard (more volume, more bass) but retain the body depth of a standard Orchestra Model. That means bigger sound, but still comfortable. Guitars with this design are, we feel, some of the most versatile ever made, they do everything equally well.

This one has a Sitka spruce top with some subtle silking, and Indian rosewood for the back and sides. 1 3/4" nut with 2 1/4" string spacing at the saddle, satin-finished modified low oval neck profile. Long 25.4" scale. Tuners are Grover closed gear.

The condition is excellent, with very minor fret wear under the B string, and one small nick on the top of the headstock (pictured.) Good neck set with 3/2 action at the 12th fret and some room to bring the saddle down. Includes original hard case.

Serial #1842087 (2014)
AMW Price: $2,795
