I sat down to try a guitar at the store today, and found I could keep my thumb steadily going while playing two and three string chords syncopated on the upper strings. I didn't know I could do that! Must be all the fingerstyle practice during this challenge. Been fun doing this, guys.

Default Newbie Lurker

I have been lurking on this thread. I am a newbie so I was afraid to post. But I wanted to say this thread has given me encouragement in my own practice. I am not doing 2 hours a day more like 1 hour to 1.5 hours and it is making a difference. Helped me to reevaluate what I wanted to do and focus my practice. So thank you.
