Gm - 8-Bar Blues - iii - ii - vi - V - IV - I(really - i) - vii
Does this work or sound good to anyone else? Haven't really found anything on this type of chord progression but it sounds good to me. Feels like an 8-bar blues if not following the traditional structure. Does changing the I to a i affect anything?
Both tracks recorded through the iPhone. Just played the chords through the computer speaker while recording the finger picking part to give it some background. 1: Dm - D7sus - Dm 2: Cm - C7sus - Cm 3: Gm - G7sus - Gm 4: F - Fadd9 - F 5: Eb - Step Down: C, A#, G 6: Bbm7 - Bbm7sus - Bbm7 7: Am7b5 8: Am7b5 https://soundcloud.com/jam-111/gm-8-...-vi-v-iv-i-vii Any feedback appreciated. Thank you. |

Welcome to the forum.
Not sure about the last three chords - seems a bit off - but most anything is doable.

To me, the first part sounded good, and the second part sounded good...but they sounded like parts of two different songs.
