1961 Martin 00-28G (Brazilian, Nylon) - SOLD
Greetings all,
I've got an exceptionally clean (just a few very minor surface marks) 1961 00-28G that isn't getting much playing time, so I'm listing it for sale. I've had it for a while but picked up a custom instrument from a Spanish builder this summer, so this one has spent most of the last few months hanging on the wall (and pouting). Action is low, playability is superb, tone is terrific. And you'll not find Brazilian rosewood like this anywhere these days. Priced at $SOLD. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks, Mike (mw0705 at gmail dot com) Last edited by stamper; 10-30-2019 at 12:41 PM. |

Thanks Paul. In response to a couple of questions, the nut is 2" and the scale length is 25.4". The carve of the neck makes the guitar easier to play than a "classical" guitar and not much different than a modern crossover. And of course a modern crossover isn't going to be built with Brazilian rosewood nor have the warmth of tone that this guitar has.
If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me. |
