NJGAD - Henriksen Bud Six
Don't think NJGAD is a thing but for me it was a New Jazz Guitar Amp Day last Saturday.
I had been reading about Henriksen amps for sometime now and also listening to various guitarists playing through them. They are a little pricey so I haven't been super serious about ordering one. Happened into a neat little store near my new home town (Olde Town Pickin' Parlor, Arvada, CO) and played a nice Benedetto archtop through the Bud Six. Fell in love with the tone and the size and now it's mine. Very clean yet warm sounding solid state amp. 4 separate EQ controls plus gain, volume and reverb. Tiny foot print, 6" speaker, plenty of volume for it's intended purpose and a great amp to help get a wonderful jazz tone out of any electric archtop.

Congrats! Never heard of Henriksen amps before but sounds like you found one. Just looked it up, yep, they're pricey but I imagine high quality.
Enjoy! |

With Henriksen as a sponsor, all the two dozen players at last September's Rocky Mountain Archtop Festival were playing through those little square boxes. And every one of them sounded great.

Still kicking myself for not being able to attend that festival! Landed on the same weekend that my daughter started college in California. Couldn't be in two places at the same time. I hope they have it again next year!
