Default O. C. Bear Guitars

I am having an acoustic guitar made by Clint Bear of O.C. Bear Guitars. I played a Nick Lucas that had a sound that just popped. Loved it. My guitar is a Madison which is an OM, cocobolo back and sides and Red Spruce top. I am very excited about receiving this instrument. I write to ask if anyone can tell me a story or relate an experience concerning Clint's craftmanship?
Thanks

You're a lucky boy! I sold my O.C. Bear Jefferson over the Summer....been pining for it ever since. Really really wish I had it back!!!! I've had the Jefferson and a Madison. I think Clint Bears workmanship is outstanding. And the sound is just fabulous. If I ever do come across one and money allows I would definitely jump on it. There is a nice one, owned by a forum member, on Reverb now that looks like a real beauty.... Hope you enjoy it and look forward to your NGD post.

PS - did I mention that I wish I had my Jefferson back??

I know of one wonderful OC Bear at Mighty Fine Guitars. A deep bodied Lucas...it’s fantastic.

He is close to finishing it. He is working on the neck now. It's all I think about.

Sorry to hear that. I've accessed the pics from two separate computers. I wonder what the problem is?

Tim Grimm wrote a song about some old walnut that he brought to Clint Bear. Clint turned it into what Tim is playing in the video.
