Reverbs-

The "do everything, kitchen sink included" would be the Big Sky by Strymon. It has sounds/patches I have never heard before and has scads of voices for those ambient sort of things you may wish to accomplish. Pricey but worth it.

The "small enough it fits on the pedal board" is the Immerse Mk II by Neunaber. It has a lot of voices and controls for one voice at a time. I really am amazed by the plate reverb. Not as pricey as the Strymon, nor anywhere near as big.

I used an EHX Holy Grail for many years. I still have it but the power supply is missing, and it's a weird opposite polarity adapter.

That adaptor is very common and easy to find.
