Looking for outdoor webcam with high quality image
Our local non profit radio station has a great location for a webcam. We'd like to do it right. Looking for recommendations for an outdoor webcam that provides a fabulous image quality!

just a guess here, but i dont think your going to get image quality as in that photo with a webcam without post processing, the sensor size will limit your widefield size, image merge usually is needed for extreme widefield images, if your looking for something for just liveview, try getting the highest resolution cam you can with a large sensor

I haven't looked at webcams in a while and I thought Fab IQ was some new technology/feature for webcams, so I didn't look at this thread for a while.
I didn't know you meant fabulous image quality. You might want to change your thread title because might think the same. What are you looking to do with the webcam exactly?

I look at webcams almost every week. Even those at luxury resorts don't offer what I would call high definition crisp images. I think you may take a long time to find something acceptable. Good luck.

We ended up rehabbing an old AXIS camera's software. I was kind of surprised that the webcam market doesn't address cool images but is 99.99999999% about security.

I've taken an interest but not yet tried the Meraki cameras because we've been so pleased with the rest of the products. It started with WiFi is now most of the enterprise is Meraki.
I bring it up because I'm considering it for a nonprofit where I'm a board member. The feature set and reliability will be good in this other scenario where volunteer time is precious. Pros for Meraki are world class support, performance, reliability and ease of use. The cons would be the gear has to be licensed to work, and you do pay for it. https://meraki.cisco.com/products/security-cameras
