Default 2018 Emerald X20 - Nut Replacement

I’m have a buzz on my bass E string. After diagnosing the problem my luthier told me that a replacement nut would fix the problem. I’m currently using a piece of a business card to elevate the string. In the last six to eight weeks I’ve left messages three times on the Emerald website and have not received any reply. Does anyone know what nut Emerald uses on their X20’s?
