If possible I would ask the dealer to replace it. A lemon is the worst. Might not be one but it will be a bummer if it turns out that way.

I had the same issue with my CEO-9. It turned out to be a loose end pin jack (K&K pure mini). I tightened it up and it went away completely. It also buzzed when my snark made contact with a tuning gear. I shifted the snark and the buzz stopped.
My conclusion: this guitar is very sensitive and registers and amplifies slight changes in vibration all the way from the headstock to the end pin. That's probably why it is so musical. I can slightly change the pitch of a held chord quite easily just by lightly pressing on the sound board. I've never had such a responsive guitar before. OP, I'm glad the resolution was indeed simple and quickly resolvable.
Moral of the story, as it often is: find a good tech, that has experience with the brand you are handing them.
