I thought it was a real company for the first minute of the video. It really doesn't seem too far fetched these days to have a business like that.

Totally agree. And the fit and finish on a $300 guitar is flawless. Hard company to compete against.

Loved this.

Just to keep it fair, can someone find a video of someone banging a guitar against the wall, and deciding to market the ding?

Successful marketing relies a lot in finding the stupid in people and exploiting it "seasoned" with a healthy sprinkling of this: https://www.vox.com/science-and-heal...fect-explained

The best Taylor’s I’ve played have all been from the early-mid ‘90’s. I couldn’t even begin to count the models, design changes, different woods, etc. that they’ve implemented and experimented with since then, but none of them made an improvement to my ears. I suspect this will be the same, yet many will just HAVE to have one because it’s the lastest & “greatest”. That’s what marketing folks count on, and it has worked out quite well for Taylor Guitars...same folks who convinced legions of players—after procuring the planet’s supply of ebony—that the streaked stuff is the cat’s meow.

That business would absolutely positively be a huge success in Aspen or Whistler Blackcomb...probably Jackson Hole too!

Does the firewood come in "rubbed scents" other than fresh ginger?

LOL
