Alvarez AD60CE vs Sigma dmr-42

I found these two guitars, the Alvarez AD60CE selling at 320$ and Sigma dmr-42 selling at 270$ both in excellent conditions.

Which one is better built? has better wood and sounds better?

Any recommendation?
