A word of warning about Axe Shields. I purchased a few of these brand new on Ebay in 2013 in a Taylor GA size. I used a charcoal colored one on a Martin D-18ge and a red one on a custom Grand Auditorium. After about a month I noticed that a bit of the color had leached from the product into the finish of both guitars. I contacted the manufacturer/seller (Lightwing Studios) and they ultimately took no responsibility.

Here's a bit of their reply to me:

"You installed the AxeShields in cases they were not designed or manufactured

for and therefore we cannot assume any liability for that decision on your part."

Below is a picture of the discoloration on both guitars lower bout:

Thankfully, over time and with a lot of buffing I was able to remove the discoloration.

Perhaps other folks have used these with no issues, but that was not my experience.

Still available. Never heard about an issue like that. I suppose anything is possible from time to time.
