Default Kraus Guitars OOOO guitar at Gruhn Guitars.

"I spent about 2 hours playing multiple guitars at Gruhn guitars in Nashville about 3 weeks back. The best sounding acoustic guitar I played there that day was a new Kraus 0000 they had in stock!! It made the Martin Custom Shop 0000 models sound bad by comparison.

It for sure got me interested in your guitars Bill, keep up the great work!"

I give your guitars two huge thumbs up! I played one at a local shop here in Brooklyn, and it blew everything else away. I won't name names, but there were some very well known boutique builders represented there.

I played this one when I was Gruhn and it was one of the best sounding acoustic guitars I played there that day and I was in the shop for about 2 hours playing several high end guitars. This one is a winner!! I'd love to hear this model in German Spruce over Cocobolo or African Blackwood!!

Thanks Gandhi, I am glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks Super B, I get these kind of comments a lot.
Now I'll have to put a German and cocobolo OOOO on the list, that does sound like a great idea, or perhaps the blackwood if I can find a set that I like.

This checks all the boxes, and if I were operating in this price range, a Saturday shotgun trip to Nashville would be in order. Well done. Love the understated elegance.

Thanks, I'm not a fan of a lot of the angular and segmented decorative inlay that has become popular in recent years, and I tend to most like an understated tastefully appointed guitar. In the past I have done a fair amount of fancier trim and inlay by customer request, but a guitar like this is what I prefer. In a decorative sense, I like to let the wood do the talking.
