He’s a pure and generous soul, and his heart is in every guitar they build - I’ve not met a better person -

I love this kind of post!
Received an e-mail from Collings about the same subject 6 days ago and I loved, too.
This is true customer service.

Yep! Also remember a "Feds and Heads" game published (and removable/playable) in a magazine back in the day.

Having seen both Mr Collings and Mr. Hoover at The Music Emporium when they did their little clinics there, I agree that they seemed birds of a similar feather. Intense, precise...but classy

Yep, I was at The University of Texas in Austin '69-71, where G Shelton got his start (in the campus newspaper, IIRC). By the time I was there I believe he'd moved on, but his comics were in The Rag, the Austin underground newspaper. I still have some of his comics, R Crumb's and some issues of The Rag as keepsakes.

Funny how the same issues are still around today, fifty years down the road...

Well, now a SCGC guitar is on my "check out to possibly purchase" list someday. Very classy guy.

“Our hearts must be resilient, not hard...”

Beautiful. This physician, about to suit up in my P100 respirator and face shield to do battle, salutes this spirit.
