Wow. Flat out gorgeous guitar. I saw a demo of one of these not too long ago and was intrigued. I’d love to hear your thoughts gets once you’ve had some time with it.

Great burst indeed, but that back and sides look pretty special too! Congrats on the new Collings.

That is a beautiful guitar! I listened to some YouTube clips of that model and it has such a wonderful and big voice to it! Congrats on a great instrument!

Thanks, it really is pretty and amazingly comfortable with a big sound.

I have not played a Collings yet that I haven't liked, great guitars

Thank you all. I swapped out the D'Addario medium gauge strings for D'Addario EXP light gauge strings to see how they sounded. I think there is a small improvement in tone and feel. So that’s nice! No problem driving the top with lights. I’ll wait a week for things to settle before having my tech check it out & tweak the setup.
