Maybe I should tap on it so you can hear the wood ring.

But, I won't.

Mary, you ought to. It would be the first wood tapping sound clip on AGF.

Wow. Not only McKnight history, but maybe even AGF history? This is temptation at its finest.

Thanks for the gentle reminder, Roy! I'll see about starting a build thread by Saturday night. Tim & Mary McKnight have made lots of progress, and Harv Leach is adding his special magical touch. The Healsburg Guitar Festival is still a long way off, but my heart races a bit every time I think of it!

I think the reminders from forum members are both as a result of our collective excitement at seeing the McKnight build but more importantly at seeing your much deserved dream guitar coming to life!

We also can't wait Cotten.

We sincerely apologize for the delay.

Harv has made contact, folks. Respectfully, as an inlay specialist, he had priorities to complete an order for the Martin Guitar company which had to be fulfilled before he could step into the AGF/McKnight build.

Tim had completed the fretboard and sent it to Harv so he could work on it as he could muster up time. He is adding the inlay as we speak. I need to remind you that I can't take pictures of Harv's work due to location, location, location, but Cotten will share his pictures of the rest of the McCotten AGF 10th Anniversary Award guitar as often as he can when he gets them.

Thanks for hanging in there with us.

Tis true, my friend. But think of it this way: a fine meal tastes even better when one is really hungry!

I think that they are just building up our expectations...or just really busy...

I can’t wait to see this build!

Honest. Just really, really busy.

At Christmas Cotten had to work in/for Christmas programs.

Then Harvey had to fulfill other requirements.

Earlier today Tim mentioned "Murphy's Law" to Cotten and me.

Isn't it good to come in fashionably late?

I have to agree!

Coming in late just builds our anticipation! I for one, can’t wait to see it!
