Bose L1 compact PA with QSC Touchmix 8?
Hi Folks,
I was wondering if I can use the QSC Touchmix 8 mixer with the Bose L1 compact? I don't know if its a proprietary system for the Tonematch? Don't shoot me, but this is for home use only as I don't gig. I like the features of the QSC. It would be my guitar, mic for guitar and maybe another mic for a singer. Opinions please, Thanks, Dan |

Sure you can. I use a Behringer XR-12 mixer in front of the L1C.

Any of the digital mixers will work fine. However, it might be a bit “overkill” in terms of features for home use. Maybe consider one of the small format mixers from Yamaha? Or, the Bose T1, or T4 mixer would be very easy to use and suit your purpose. The QSC mixer is excellent. I owned one. But, that’s a lot of mixer for that use.

I realize that is a lot of mixer for what I do. I like the fact that you can incorporate all channels separately / independently of each other and mix the effects for each channel.
Thanks, Dan |
