Still waiting for it to ship. In the meantime, Buddiesorg was at Kevin Ryan's shop last week, gave my guitar a test run, and was kind enough to send me some pictures of it. It's getting it's final setup, so we're definitely in the home stretch. Thanks for the pics Mary!

Wow is that beautiful. I really like the interesting half-pin half-pinless bridge design. Makes great sense, keeps aesthetics "traditional".

What's the fretboard binding? I can't quite tell - could be figured koa..?

Thanks for the pics. I'm really enjoying this vicariously!

I can hear the owner singing about this guitar....

"When I think I about you I touch myself"

That is the most killer 12 string I have seen.

Gorgeous guitar, and I bet it sounds even better
I love the bridge design. 6 pins look good, but 12 is a little crowded, so making the thin strings pinless is perfect. And the soundport holes along the bevel look like gills or something. Very cool. Much better than the usual hole punched in the side. The rosette (bloodwood?) is great too, matches very well with that insane koa.

Must have sound clips!

Sorry for the delay! As you can guess, I've been playing this beauty in as much spare time that I have this week. I'll definitely get some pics up this weekend.

I took a few pics when I opened up the case for the first time last weekend. Here's some of those shots. I'll post more later once I get a chance to get the good DLSR camera out.
