Default Will it Warp or Not Warp

I have a small classical guitar, a Yamaha CS40. I want to remove the 5th and 6th strings and play it as a classical tenor guitar. My question is, will the removal of the two lower strings cause any damage, warpage of neck, etc? There is no tuss rod in the neck of this guitar.

Whatever the answer(s) to the question, since it would be an 'odd bird' already, with a missing 5 and 6, might you shift the remaining four strings to the 5,4,3,2 positions to maintain tension balance?

It won't care at all. I might make a new nut and bridge to equalize the string spacing, but that's about it.
