Took the dogs out in the morning a few weeks ago. temp in the low 50's. Reminded me of this song I wrote 10yrs ago. I dragged it out, tweaked a few things and recorded it on my iPhone. Hope you like it. Perhaps we're in the same boat at this time of year - bill

I hate to see the summer leaving, too, though I must admit that I am very glad that out here in the Northwest we finally got some rain, cold as it is. I have been very worried about a forest fire wiping out everything, and now that risk has been lowered considerably.
