Does anyone out there have a Martin CS-D21-11 that they are willing to sell or trade? My email is: [email protected].

I saw one on Elderlys site a few days ago. It didn't have the original case though ! I see this model pop up from time to time on different forums classifieds. Good luck.

Default CS-21-11

I do have one, but I'm not too sure I'd be willing to part with it though, at any price. IMO, it's the best guitar I've had so far.

That said, I do have another very special guitar coming my way next week, so you just never really know.

Luthier Steve Kovacik in NY has this one for sale on Reverb (no affiliation):

I don't know if it's the same exact model but I should have bought the CS-21 11 I played in Nashville a couple years ago. It was owned by Steve Earl, best sounding box I played at Ghrun's and Carter's. I was on the hunt for a pre 69 D-28 though. Best of luck to you!!

This Gruhn special was modeled on the CS D21 2011:

This is a 12 fret D with a slightly wider nut. Otherwise, all the same features.

Vintage Instruments in Philadelphia has one previously owned by David Bromberg.

I think the CS21-11 was the only non-Authentic Martin to be built with Authentic-style bracing (including no popsicle brace). Did Gruhn's actually have that characteristic?
