For Sale Or Trade: Lakewood D-14 European Spruce/Mahogany

2018 Lakewood D-14. All solid wood with AAA European Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides. This guitar is in excellent condition, and new enough that the spruce smells great.

Designed for light gauge strings. The guitar is very responsive and comfortable to hold - Lakewood's dreadnought isn't quite as deep as some dreadnoughts. Smooth satin finish top; micropore finish on the neck, back and sides.

Almost no fret wear. There are a couple of tiny, thin dings on the top. I am told that the guitar had a dealer-installed soundhole pickup, that was later removed. I installed a NoJack ebony endpin (which is removable). Around the ebony end pin there is a scarcely visible circular indentation from where the jack was.

String spacing 55mm (2.17 inch) at the bridge
Schaller tuners with Ebony knobs

Rosewood headstock overlay and heel cap

This is a lot of guitar for the money! One of my favorite guitars was an old Lakewood D14....someone will be very happy! Lakewood fit and finish is superb with a dry more modern tone. Good luck...
