Collings OM3 -SOLD Locally.
Hi, this lovely and rather special Collings OM3 is for sale in the UK.
I'll explain that model name: OM3 - top Collings trim with bound headstock and fretboard. MH = mahogany back and sides, A = Adirondack top and CUT = cutaway! This is a 2006 "custom" build previously owned by a good friend who needs funds, so I bought it to help him out immediately. He is unwell, and has family finance problems. I love Collings and this is a beaut but it isn't my style of neck etc., so, I'm offering it in the hope of getting my money back The condition is VERY good, with minimal fret wear, but there is some "buckle rash" (actually dents called by first owner's braces) causing some dents in the back. Supplied in the original plush Collings Hard shell in case - also in good condition. more pics available. I'd prefer inspection and collection. £3500, ONO [email protected]

Took some more pics.
I fitted a nice new set of strings on it and cleaned and polished it - rely lovely. Very few dings apart from that "belt" rash on the back. Nte the beautiful mahogany back and sides - custom order for an OM3, like the cutaway. There is a little fret wear in the first three but still very good. I put some D'addario EJ26 "custom lights" (11-52s on it (too thin for me), but my pal Mick uses this gauge has his own OM3 and has taken the guitar to his studio to record a video showing just how beautiful this guitar sounds in the hands of a far better guitarist than I.
