Are you allowed to busk on a subway platform? Or a well trafficked corridor around Union Station? Indoors would alleviate the weather concerns in the winter.

…every time I visit Victoria I’m blown away by the busking scene…tons of great talent….but….that makes it really competitive so that may not be the best place to set up….

Excuse my ignorance on the subject but can you not busk indoors in Toronto? I know you sure can in Montreal with its stunning underground spaces (via the Metro network). Anyway, Victoria sounds like a great spot to spend the winter busking or not.
