Default Taylor K24ce Flamed Koa Natural 2008 (SOLD)

For Sale is my beautifully figured, K24ce flamed Koa with natural finish, 2008. This guitar is a real looker (as you can see), but even these pictures don't do it justice. It really is stunning. There is one tiny dimple towards the bottom, no picture would pick it up. The only flaw on this instrument is a small finish crack (see bottom photo) on the upper treble side, just below the cutaway. It's in the finish only, the wood is perfect. There is a small amount of fret wear on the first 3 frets, as one might expect from an 11-year-old guitar, but no buzzing, whatsoever. Overall the guitar is clean, straight and in really great shape.

Even more impressive is the sound of this guitar. at 11 years old, this Koa has aged wonderfully. Gorgeous sound with wonderful overtones, and has great note clarity. It has none of that "harsh," brand-new Koa sound. Low action, and is super-easy to fret.

The Guitar has stayed in it's case in a smoke free home when not being used. It has the ES 1.2 electronics, and comes with the original Taylor hard shell case. (SOLD).

Do you mean ES 1.2 electronics or did you have the newer ES2 system installed? Hard to tell in pics but it doesn't look like there are screws in the bridge.

Yep, absolutely correct. My apologies, typing the post too fast. Thank you for catching that!

No problem. Personally, I think the 1.2 was their best one.
