Modified Eastman AC608CE - SOLD THANKS AGF!

Up for sale is an Eastman AC608ce. Not sure of the year. I have a new guitar so this old one must go. The guitar has an Englemann Spruce top with Maple back and sides. 25” scale, 1 ¾” nut, 2 1/8” at the saddle. I’ve modified it over the years, here goes: In 2014 I had the 20th fret removed and the fret board shortened (I kept hitting it with my pick). The remaining 19 frets were refretted with jumbo frets. I had also had a Fishman Ellipse Blend pickup installed. I didn’t like the feel of the neck – too sticky – so I scraped off the finish. The bare wood looks like heck but feels smooth and great. I used the same scraper to make my own thumb scallops on the first 3 frets. Again a rough hack that comes in very handy in getting your thumb over the top of the fretboard. I put in a soundport (amateur job) and a John Pearse armrest. I replaced the stock tuners with new Grovers (about 2015). Ok it looks a little rough in the pics but I can assure you it is all cosmetic. The guitar has no cracks or serious flaws, always humidified. The action is low (7/64” on low E, 3/32” on top) and it plays easily and sounds great. Comes with a newer hardshell case that works great, one broken latch. To ease your mind I’m offering a 3 day trial to the new buyer, if you don’t like it ship it back and I will refund your purchase price (but not the initial shipping). Just return it in the same condition – pretty standard stuff. Price is $200 OBO + $60 shipping CONUS. I will ship internationally please PM me we can work out the details.
